Practicum Experience:

Co-Leader of the HWS Youth Leadership College

This program is designed for 2nd graders at West Street Elementary School who are involved with their Student Council to develop their leadership skills using the Centennial Center for Leadership’s tenants of leadership. As the co-leader of this program, I adapted Caroline Dosky’s original lesson plans along with Maddy Buckley to format them in a new way for the 2nd graders. Our first session focuses on leading self, the second on leading others, and the third on leadership in action.
